Erosion Control Problem/Solution Presentation
This one-hour session for groups of 5 or more will give
an overview of the Florida Department of Environmental Protection's
Stormwater, Erosion and Sedimentation Control Certification Course
with emphasis placed on various technologies that are taught as
Best Management Practices. Latest products and techniques
that are currently being used on state and private projects for
turbidity reduction, temporary covers, inlet protection, vegetation
establishment, road stabilization, slope stabilization and embankment
protection will be presented. Case studies will show how others
have solved problems right here in Florida by using proven products
and time tested designs.
